Robert Bonner MD
A physician leader fortunate to lead at all levels in medicine throughout my 37 year career. I know the meaning and the importance of leadership in medicine. From chief resident, to medical director and ultimately chairman of a pediatric department, I have appreciated the meaning of growth as a leader. Through executive coaching, I value the opportunity to support leaders through your journey in leadership development. Helping you solidify your purpose and grow as a leader are my charge and mission.

How It Works

The goal through our coaching sessions is for you to develop clarity and confidence on how you want to lead. A 6 month engagement with 3 stages designed to enhance leadership effectiveness and impact. Foundation identifies your skills and your gaps. Momentum propels you toward your outcome via self-realization. Transformation solidifies your new perspective and skillset to successfully achieve your outcome.
A 4-week engagement to help elevate your ability to lead. This package provides a preview to my coaching process and an opportunity to continue the engagement.
A 6-month engagement that focuses on healthcare professionals embarking on your career. The engagement provides a journey for you to identify your personal traits and purpose. Both will drive your growth and personal success.
The Collective
This collective will bring together leaders to share experiences that promotes peer learning. It will be an environment that fosters support and belonging to help promote the intentional advancement of your development as a leader.
Through coaching, you will be empowered and more self aware of your leadership abilities. From the community, you will grow from collaboration, and be held accountable by leaders who are also experiencing an evolving journey of leadership.
